This is the report narrating how our 5th PDC at the Lavrios refugees camp went. Lavrios camp is a relatively nice place, compared to other, more packed, refugee camps. It’s premises belong to the Greek ministry of Agriculture and used to be a holidays resort for the families of theirs employees. It has wood cabins and it is at walking distance from the beach and inside a pine tree grove. However the cabins have neither running water inside nor toilets. The camp itself is located in the Attica region of Greece, at more or less 1,5 hours drive form Athen’s city center and at some 6 Km away from the market town of Lavrios….Download full report here.
